The Global Trading Solution Platform Management Team looks after the platform strategy for the Execution, Sales and Advisory business, supporting a very large set of clients. This includes Relationship Managers, Financial Institutions, External Asset Managers, CS Asset Management and high net worth individuals. Our current platform is used across several asset classes including equities, fixed income, listed derivatives, mutual and hedge funds, and also the New Issues business. The platform team enables clients to trade those asset classes with Credit Suisse. We work in a dynamic and multicultural environment in multiple offices around the world.
Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Start date: 1st of April or by arrangement
Workplace: Zurich, Switzerland
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Computer Science or Business IT.

A meaningful role within Platform Management with the opportunity to take ownership of tasks from a wide array of responsibilities of the team. We also offer exposure to the team's projects whether those are strategic, regulatory or technology based. This includes the opportunity to support the team in executing these projects together with Business and IT to make our strategy a reality. The main areas of focus of some of these projects include:
- Defining and developing Client Facing Order Capture UIs for Securities
- Integration of Electronic Orders from clients being routed to the bank
- Seamless Integration of Client Order Validations to protect client & bank (e.g. Regulatory)
- Connecting to Execution Platform to enable Straight-Through Processing to the Market
You offer
- Knowledge of finance terminology, processes and products, especially in securities area
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business IT or other applied field with hands-on coding experience
- You bring excellent organizational skills as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
- You are a self-starter, capable to work independently and simultaneously across various workstreams
- You can work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German or Italian is a plus.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Experience in UI design is a plus
