Your tasks- As technical Consultant focused on data and enterprise you consult our banking and insurance clients in concept development and implementation of data and in designing and implementing (cloud based) data solutions for our clients.
- You act in the role of a Data Manager, supporting our clients IT to model, design and implement data solutions as well as supporting business and IT transformation, leveraging best-practice patterns and technology solutions.
- You work with business specialists in banking and insurance, architects and technologists on the technical and professional integration and use of data solutions ? spanning data management, integration and ETL, with the goal of understanding, implementing, discovering insights, and improving business results.
- You have experience in designing and implementing modern architectures and enterprise integration solutions based on public cloud platforms and tools, experience in Mulesoft, Kafka or similar platforms appreciated
- Implementation of the solution will be alone, together with specialised on-site and Nearshore teams. You understand, how to setup agile ways of working with distributed team and integrate in our clients governance.
- You question how things work, seek needed information to understand, and look for creative and simple evidence and solutions.
- You apply and continue to learn best-practice technologies and approaches for both strategic and implementation work.
Your profile- You have completed at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable degree.
- You have first hand experience in Data Modelling and understand relational/file based databases and how to define them
- You have delivery experience implementing enterprise-wide data and analytic solutions in banks or insurances with market-leading tools and want to continue to learn.
- You have worked with cloud based setups as MS Azure or AWS to use and/or setup data pipelines and datawarehouses
- You are interested to work not only on delivery projects, but also on business development activities or as technical subject matter expert for reusable assets.
- You are fluent in German and English and willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally.
