Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Start date: 1st of September 2020 or by arrangement

Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. (Ideally in Finance, Economics or Business Administration).

We offer:
- International Trading Solutions (ITS) is a cross-divisional product manufacturing and sales organization demonstrating CS' strong global markets capabilities to deliver innovative solutions to private clients, institutions, corporates and sovereigns in the public and private market
- As part of the ITS Strategy and Business Initiatives team, you will support the senior management of ITS in the preparation of documents and presentations for ad-hoc and recurring management committees and other meetings of strategic relevance
- Tracking of pending items and coordinate with contributors for regular management meetings
- Responding to various ad-hoc senior management requests and support the decision making process by providing sound analysis and reviews
- Coordination of cross-divisional requests involving the review of e.g. marketing material, regulatory reviews or key business transactions
- Contribution to initiatives and projects relating to the strategic, organizational and operational development of the business with the opportunity to gradually increase responsibility
- Collaboration with many partners inside and outside ITS allowing you to broaden your network with key partners and senior management
You Offer:
- Initial experience (e.g. internship) within a financial institution or consulting company, preferably with exposure to financial products
- Strong communication skills and a very precise and efficient work approach
- Interest in Business Management roles and in running supportive tasks (writing meeting minutes, presentations, preparing workshops etc.) in an efficient manner is an advantage
- A passion for gathering complex information from several partners and preparing highly important senior management presentations
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to develop holistic results
- Intrinsic motivation to learn and acquire further know-how with strong team spirit
- Affinity and comfort towards interacting with management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English with good command of German
