People Support Solutions (PSS) bring its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with coordinated HR solutions tailored to their needs. The PSS teams deliver customer service and advisory support to HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

In this position, you will support the PSS program team in

• Providing administrative support for the local project team in Switzerland for the Payroll, Time and Benefits Implementation project.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and running them (including preparing agendas and minutes, conceptual design, defining targets, organization and progress tracking)
• Building and revise documents and presentations
• Maintaining different communication channels in both German and English
• Responsible for setting up and managing the project-related archive structure in Google Drive
• Sharing your knowledge within project work groups, such as process design and review, data validation, go-live support and hyper care

Who you are

You are an ambitious student who is currently enrolled in Business Administration (preferably in the area of HR Management or Project Management) or in a gap year between degrees.

Moreover, you are

• An excellent organizer and team player
• Proactive, willing to take action and reliable
• Interested in people related topics
• Proficient in German and English
• Experienced user in office tools
• Highly affine for new tools and experienced in office tools (such as Microsoft or Google product)
