Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation

Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences.

Business Management
- You will gain an in-depth insight across the entire financial lifecycle of a globally active bank; including financial & strategic planning, budgeting, performance management, forecasting and reporting as well as year-end assessment
- creating demanding analyses, reports and frameworks that support senior management in decision making and steering of the business
- Contribution to management presentations
Initiatives and strategic topics
- support projects and initiatives relating to the strategic, organizational and operational development of the department
- involved in specific processes and will have the opportunity to independently drive optimization and lead topics
