- A customized introductory program (traineeship) for university graduates (max. 18 months), from September 2016 or upon agreement

Your role and responsibilities
- You will carry out a variety of activities in areas of variable compensation controlling, financial restatements and performance management for Swiss Universal Bank
- You will be actively involved in strategic change and run the bank projects at the core of Swiss Universal Bank finance organization such as the planned Swiss UB IPO
- You will collaborate closely and directly with divisional and group finance teams, balance sheet management, revenue & cost controlling and other stakeholders from different areas throughout Swiss UB
You offer
- An above-average bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, with focus on Business Administration, Banking or Finance
- Strong analytical skills combined with problem solving affinity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick comprehension, creativity and positive working attitude
- Flexibility, a proactive approach, sense of responsibility, and perseverance
- Good communication skills, open mindedness and a friendly character
- Very good command of German and English
