• Further develop and strengthen the business specific business risk management and control framework
• Monitor and report key risk indicators
• Run financial and market analysis as well as monitoring key risk indicators and metrics
• Help CS ILS team in the identification of team’s specific key performance and risk indicators and prepare management information reports for the management team on a regular basis
• Support the Governance & Change Management team in the institutionalization of the project management function within CS ILS
• Handle regular and ad-hoc business risk related initiatives and reviews
• Inform staff about newly implemented business risk related protocols and controls
• Ensure transparency of processes, controls and monitoring procedures
• Support management in identifying measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency

• A bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences
• Quantitative analysis expertise
• Excellent command of power point, advanced excel (e.g. macro) and access programing
• Experience in financial institutions, operational risk management, compliance, audit, financial services or equivalent
• Experience in insurance or re-insurance is an advantage
• Interest in operational risk management, new trends and regulatory development in the financial market
• Open and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills
• A keen awareness of quality and outstanding conceptual skills
• Flexibility, a proactive approach, sense of responsibility, and perseverance
• Fluent in English
