Executive Search Research Associate

The Zurich based team continues to experience sustainable growth and intends to attract a Research

Associate for its executive search, assessment and client management activities.

As a member of our global research team you will be involved in a wide variety of activities and supporting Consultants with many of the components of the search process.

• Conduct background research to deliver value added market and client knowledge in the form of credible, client ready documentation/pitches.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of a search strategy with the rest of the search team.
• Produce comprehensive reports, which detail the relevant target companies, possible market sources and candidates for an assignment.
• Utilize on-line and proprietary database search engines to identify high quality candidates.
• Consistently identifies high quality, diverse candidate slates – frequently responsible for identifying Successful Candidates. Best in class performance is measured by a series of metrics that are outcome based and which are focused on Finding Great Candidates.
• Supporting Consultants with data to facilitate the creation of Intellectual Property in the
  form of surveys, white papers and other information that will enhance RRA’s position in the
  market.
• Conducting telephone interviews to identify best available candidates on the market.

Yiou bring the following competencies:

• Bachelor Degree from a respected institution.
• Proficient skills in MS Office.
• Excellent writing skills in English and German. Ability to produce succinct, relevant documentation for clients. Fluent speaking in English and German, other languages advantageous.
• Ability to filter large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly with individuals from all levels of an organisation.
• Bright, smart, intuitive. Intellectual curiosity and quick thinker.
• Demonstrates above average levels of scepticism. Knows when to question the status quo.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Team player / collaborative personality.
