A customized introductory program (traineeship) for graduates with PhD or master's degree (max. 18 months) as of June 2016 or upon agreement
Job-specific training and development program within the Career Start Program as a basis for further career progression
Possibility of a rotation of four to six months in a related area

A challenging position in the Global ALM Modeling team upon completing the Career Start Program

Your role and responsibilities

Provide thought-leadership and dedicated coverage on Asset Liability Management topics (i.e. Interest Rate Risk Management) to Executive Board, internal Business Unit clients, key partners in Shared Services and Regulators
Create in-depth analysis and presentations for senior management discussions assisting the development of the global Net Interest Income strategy
Interpret and respond to related new global and local regulations
Successfully support ad-hoc analysis on varying special topics
Regular contact and exchange with other departments (i.e. Private Bank, Product-, Risk- and Liquidity Management, Research)

You offer

PhD or Master's degree in quantitative finance, ideally with a strong curriculum in econometrics, financial modeling, or similar
Programming experience, particularly in Matlab or R, other programming skills desirable
Preferably practical experience with statistical analyses
Advanced MS-Office skills and familiarity with large datasets (VBA, SQL)
Solid knowledge of financial products and financial markets
Ability to communicate logically and precisely, including writing rigorous and clear model documentation
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
