- You act as the right hand of the Service Line Leader
You assist the Service Line Leader in facilitating effective decision-making
- You are responsible to prepare and drive regular leadership meetings
You support the Management Information System reporting processes and communication
You help to increase OPEX (e.g. process optimization, cost management, drive efficiency)
You provide the content and the organization of strategic initiatives such as creating and coordinating senior management deliverables
You support within the Business Management Team the operational and financial development of the Service Line
You drive, plan and organize events (e.g. Town Halls, Offsite Meetings, etc.)
- You support and deputize the resource management process and task
